Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• All products are made to order so shipping will be delayed up to 3-6 days
• Processing time excludes weekends and holidays
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships
• Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address.

• You can track your package using the provided tracking number

Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Contact us within 7 days if your package doesn't arrive by the specified delivery date
• Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order
